Larry Blamire is a writer and director, known for The Lost Skeleton of Cadavra (2001), Trail of the Screaming Forehead (2007) and The Lost Skeleton Returns Again (2009). He has been married to Jennifer Blaire since August 22, 1998.

Nephew of Bert Edgar.
A workshop production of his play "Whyo", a violent sprawling tragedy about New York Irish gangs, at Gloucester Stage Company in 1987 resulted in Israel Horovitz commissioning a new work. The resulting play was "The Chroma Line", a comedy-drama about life in a Boston wallpaper warehouse. "Whyo" went on to receive a grant from the Massachusetts Council on the Arts and Humanities.
Has three plays published: two one-acts, "My Name is Leslie" in Boston Theatre Marathon 2 and "Dost Pity Me, Withpett?" in Boston Theatre Marathon 3, and the full length "Robin Hood" which has been performed hundreds of times worldwide.
