Young Girl's Bill & Ted Dream Comes True Thanks to Keanu Reeves & Make-a-Wish
Thanks to Make-a-Wish, one lucky Keanu Reeves fan was able to spend some time with her favorite actor and even watch him film a scene for Bill & Ted Face the Music. On Facebook, Make-a-Wish New Jersey posted several photos of a 16-year-old girl named Emily hanging out on the Face the Music set. In the background, we can see the Wyld Stallyns van, and Emily also poses with Reeves and co-star Alex Winter. The meeting comes as a direct result from Emily's desire to meet her favorite actor, coupled with the efforts of the Make-a-Wish foundation and Reeves himself.

According to Emily's mother Deborah, the teen's all-time favorite movie is Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure. "She came across it one day and was instantly hooked," Deborah explains. Partnering up with Make-a-Wish, Emily was asked if she could have one wish, what would it be? Naturally, the girl said what she

George Carlin's Daughter Kelly Has a Role in Bill & Ted Face The Music To Honor Rufus

Legendary comedian George Carlin played a big role in Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure and Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey. He took on the role of Rufus, a dude who traveled back in time in order to make sure that Bill (Alex Winter) and Ted (Keanu Reeves) succeeded in changing the world through their music.

Well, George’s daughter, Kelly Carlin, has been cast in the upcoming sequel, Bill & Ted Face The Music as a way to honor her dad and the character Rufus. Creator and screenwriter told MovieWeb:

"There's also a character in the movie named Kelly, which is George's daughter's name, who has a very significant role in the journey, so George is a deep, deep part of it.”

There’s no word on who she will be playing in the film, but she could very well end up playing Rufus’s daughter. That would be cool if

Carlin thanked creator/writer Ed Solomon and star Alex Winter on social media for including her in the highly anticipated sequel. This is huge news and one has to wonder if her character might be related to Rufus in some way.

Keanu Reeves Looks Totally Unrecognizable In New Bill & Ted Face The Music Set Photo

If you were to hand out an award for “Sequel Nobody Asked For,” there’s a good chance that Bill & Ted Face The Music would take home the top prize. Now don’t get me wrong, I was a big fan of Excellent Adventure – I’m just a bit confused as to how a third entry in the franchise got greenlit in the first place.

If we’re being honest, there are a lot more memorable properties from the ’80s and ’90s that are ripe for a revival. Still, nostalgia is a powerful force, and it’s entirely likely execs are banking on longtime fans – and the so-called Keanussance – to drive ticket sales here.

Bill & Ted Face The Music started filming early in July, with both Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter reprising their roles as the titular slackers, who are, yet again, tasked with saving the universe. Just last week,

Bill & Ted 3 Set Becomes a Daily Treasure Hunt with an Unrecognizable Keanu Reeves

Bill & Ted 3 Set Becomes a Daily Treasure Hunt with an Unrecognizable Keanu Reeves
Beloved action star Keanu Reeves is having a great year. With his John Wick franchise soaring over $500 million this summer, his scene-steeling role as Duke Caboom in Toy Story 4, and the upcoming re-release of the iconic Wachowski film The Matrix, he's come a long way since the "Sad Keanu" memes. In light of all the recent revivals, Reeves is stepping into his late 1980's and early 1990's shoes in Bill & Ted Face the Music. The third film in the cult franchise is currently filming, so the on-set anecdotes are starting to spill out.

Keanu Reeves is returning to the role of Ted "Theodore" Logan, but on-set photos have him looking much more like a WWE wrestler than a fun-loving, time traveling dude. With shaved sideburns, combed back hair and thick beard, the Speed star is nearly unrecognizable.

The tough look isn't exactly indicative of the plot, however, which writers

First Look at William Sadler Back as Death in Bill And Ted Face The Music

We have a fun picture to share that comes from actor William Sadler, best known for his roles in Die Hard 2, The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, The Mist, and of course, Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey, where he played Death, a.k.a. the Grim Reaper. As the cast list has been filling out for Bill and Ted Face the Music, it’s been awesome to see cast members of the original films come back for this sequel, so the fact that Sadler is back is so exciting! The film is being written by its original writers, Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon, and the stars, Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter, are back as Bill and Ted. It has also been reported that Anthony Carrigan, the hilarious Russian from HBO’s Barry, has also signed on to play a villain in the film, so maybe he will be playing Sadler’s son?

First Look At Death In Bill & Ted Face The Music Revealed

Death has apparently aged very well over the years. William Sadler, who played the Grim Reaper in Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey and will now reprise his role in the upcoming Bill & Ted Face the Music, confirmed this on Twitter recently by tweeting out a picture of him all decked out in costume. Despite the last film occurring nearly twenty years ago, the 69-year-old looks as spry as ever.

This picture of Sadler in character has plenty of fans pumped for the long-awaited completion of the trilogy. In fact, one of the many people who are excited by it is fellow actor Colin Hanks, who responded to the photo with “Yes!!!!” The simple yet fitting sentiment was echoed with gifs and messages of support by nearly everyone in Sadler’s replies.

Death isn’t the only one gearing up for the new flick, however. Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves

Pop Quiz, Hotshot: The Summer of Cinema ’94 – 25 Years On

The Keanu Reeves we all know and love, the super-agile, sharply dressed, rather taciturn action hero currently death-dealing his way through John Wick Chapter 3, was born 25 years ago, in the summer movie season of 1994 (yes that’s right…25 years ago!).

Until that point, Reeves had been a pin-up presence in arthouse treasures like River’s Edge and Permanent Record whose stock had risen sharply when he and Alex Winter had their first Excellent Adventure in 1988. After that, it soon became impossible to shake off his image as a loveable perma-stoned surf-jockey, never more than five seconds away from a ‘Woah, duuude.’

Attempts at breaking away from this unwanted mould and tackle more highbrow fare like Little Buddha often led to snide critical derision and more than a few titters, especially at his ‘English’ accent in Bram Stoker’s Dracula – ‘I know whhair the bahstud sleeps, in Carfax Abbehh.’

Bill & Ted Creator Explains Why They Now Have Daughters in Face the Music

Bill & Ted Creator Explains Why They Now Have Daughters in Face the Music
Bill & Ted Face the Music will feature our heroes with some help from their daughters. This isn't news, it's been officially confirmed for months now. Brigette Lundy-Paine and Samara Weaving have been cast as the aforementioned daughters with Lundy-Paine playing Ted's daughter Billie Logan and Weaving playing Bill's daughter Thea Preston. However, many have assumed Bill and Ted had sons at the end of Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey. Thankfully, co-writer and creator Ed Solomon has cleared that up for us.

Ed Solomon was basically called out on social media for changing the sexes of Bill and Ted's daughters in Face the Music. The fan called the change a case of "forced diversity" and said that the idea is "box office poison." Solomon decided to respond, at length, to the social media comment as to why Bill and Ted have daughters. He had this to say.

"Let me deal with this
