Alice Treff was born on June 4, 1906 in Berlin, Germany as Alice Martha Treff. She was an actress, known for Die Feuerzangenbowle (1970), Holiday in St. Tropez (1964) and Caroline (1966). She died on February 8, 2003 in Berlin.

Leading German stage, film and TV actress, trained at the Max Reinhardt Theatre School in Berlin. In films from 1932, initially as ingénues, later in more worldly roles. Also a noted voice-over artist for performers like Bette Davis or Jessica Tandy.
After the war followed the height of her career with many support roles in great productions.
The petite actress was able to continue her career till old age.
The actress Alice Treff attended the Max Reinhardt theater school and got her first engagements in Darmstadt, Munich, Vienna, Hamburg and Berlin.
Appearances in TV productions and serials were dominant from the 60's.
She made her film debut in 1932 with "Peter Voss, der Millionendieb" (1932) and "Melodie der Liebe" (32), but it took three more years before she was able to gain a foothold in the film business and became a busy actress.
