She was an actress, known for The Princess Bride (1987), Love Actually (2003) and Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005). She was married to Peter Daminoff. She died on January 26, 2014 in Swiss Cottage, Camden, London.

Learned to scuba dive late in life and got her diving certificate at the age of 81.
Was the Artistic Director of the Repertory Theatre in Bangor. Northern Ireland in the 1960s.
The fourteenth Harry Potter film series cast member to die.
She was the first "Harry Potter" cast member to reach the age of 100. (She died aged 100 years, 120 days.).
Some sites erroneously list her Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (2005) role as "Honeydukes Express Trolley Lady". The train, in fact, is the *Hogwarts* Express.
