Did You Know?

In the comics, the Grandmaster has blue skin. Taika Waititi decided against applying blue on Jeff Goldblum, because he felt Goldblum was a good enough actor to not need it, and because Goldblum had already played a blue-colored character in Earth Girls Are Easy (1988). See more »

RAGNAROK is supposed to be DARK AND SERIOUS !!!
18 October 2017 | by See all my reviews

"Ragnarok" literally means DEATH OF GODS. And they made it a corny comedy. Asgard is getting destroyed for Christ's sake (not a spoiler since its in the trailer) and everyone is dying. But they manage to turn everything to comedy. Even when some moments are building emotions, they immediately get cut off by cheesy humor.

The only movie I'm looking forward to is BLACK PANTHER now. It looks like it is actually serious about its true story and not just another average comedy flick.
