Early filming took place with Mark Hamill and Daisy Ridley on Skellig Michael off the coast of County Kerry, Ireland, in late September 2015. On February 15, 2016, LucasFilm posted a short production-announcement video, which included some footage and behind-the-scenes shots, and which picks up immediately after the final scene of Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015). When the hospital ship runs out of propellant, it gets slower and starts tilting to the back without any apparent outside influence. This would not happen to any object in space that simply stops being propelled - it would continue on its exact trajectory until stopped by reverse thrust our outside force. See more »

what can I say, it's just a 1:1 remake of empire strikes back. I think it's apparent that star wars died in 2013 when george lucas sold it do Disney. yes, the prequels are HORRIBLE, but at least they were original which is the most important thing EVER as we all know. so I'd say watch episode 1-6 and consume everything from the old expanded universe. believe me it's way better than this nonsense that Disney will be regugitating until the end of time from now on.
