Waitress (2007)

Moderate, non-descriptive discussion of sex, mostly of sex had in affairs. Earl gets Jenna drunk and she mistakenly has sex with him, even though they are married (this is not seen, just explained when Jenna talks about how she got pregnant.) We see a scene in which Jenna and Earl are having sex, in which they are completely covered by sheets. There is no movement, and at the end (after about 10 seconds) we hear Earl moan rather loudly. No Nudity. A main theme in the movie is an extra-marital sexual relationship between two of the main characters. Two other characters also engage in an extra-marital sexual relationship.

Jenna is beat by Earl, shown on screen with slapping. This is a recurring theme throughout the film.
