References

The Play House (1921) (Short)
The scene in Davy Jones locker the interactions between Jack Sparrow and himselves are a direct reference to The Play House.
King Kong (1933)
Barbossa and crew recieves a chart to the mysterious Davy Jones Locker from Singapore much like Carl Denham recieves a chart to the mysterious Skull Island from Singapore
Ain't That Ducky (1945) (Short)
Marty blasts his gun and is thrown back by the force of the blast, the same with the hunter who is thrown by the force each time he shoots.
Big House Bunny (1950) (Short)
Both Jack and Bugs escape by use of a cannon from their adversaries.
Caesar's Hour (1954) (TV Series)
In a sketch, "aggravation Boulevard" where Sid Caesar plays a silent screen actor during the first few minutes you don't hear him speak but then when he opens his mouth he squeaks badly, this is the same with Sri Sumbhajee who does not speak until the end of the meeting and has a squeaky voice.
For a Few Dollars More (1965)
Tia Dalma and Davy Jones's identical pocket watches, along with a specific scene where one's starts playing as the other stops, is taken from this film.
Once Upon a Time in the West (1968)
The "parlay standoff" with the six main characters on a sand island uses eye-closeups and music reminiscent of the Sergio Leone western(s).
Time Bandits (1981)
A ship seen on dry land, similar to that found in Time Bandits.
Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (1985)
Elizabeth Swann is seen unloading a gratuitous number of weapons to gain entrance to Captain Feng's base in Singapore, a reference to Max's unloading of a similarly gratuitous number of weapons to gain entrance to Bartertown.
The Adventures of Baron Munchausen (1988)
The Davy Jones' Locker sequences pay homage to Terry Gilliam's film, particularly the sequence where the ships sails through the night sky, the reflections of the stars in the water causing ripples that turn to sand and later the desert. Jonathan Pryce is in both movies. Also after Baron and company are ejected or flushed from the volcano, they 'fall' through the water toward the surface, the camera then rotates with a cranking noise to become right side up. A very true to form reproduction is done upon the Black Pearl escaping from Davy Jones' locker, all the way down to the cranking noise of the camera plus Pintel and Ragetti remaining upside down.
The Little Mermaid (1989)
Before the clash of military and pirates, one of the pirate lords mutter to themselves something along the lines of "May Ursula save us." As there is no Greek God named Ursula, this is a reference to the previous Disney film.
Terminator 2 (1991)
The T-1000 travels through the bars of the prison door, then the he gets stuck with his hand because of his firearm. This happens to Davy Jones in reverse order: First he gets stuck because of his claw hand, then he travels through the prison bars to Tia Dalma / Calypso.
Ice Age (2002)
Captain Sparrow (Depp) sniffing and catching a peanut just like Scrat in Ice Age.
Mr. Deeds (2002)
Frostbite on the foot is used for comic effect.
Secret Window (2004)
At the end of the movie when Mort Rainy (played by Johnny Depp), Mort sees himself standing in numerous places throughout the room and converses with himself just like Captain Jack does throughout Pirates.
