• Abfolgefehler: The position of the cigar on Dr. Douglas Grey's desk.
  
  
• Abfolgefehler: When Miranda flees from solitary after seeing Chloe and crashing into the two guards, she falls backwards with her head towards the solitary. In the next shot, she is lying the other way around, fighting.
  
  
• Filmfehler: When Dr. Pete is taking Melinda's blood pressure, the needle on the pressure gauge doesn't move when he inflates the cuff.
  
  

• Abfolgefehler: When Sheriff Ryan comes to interview Miranda Grey the location of the bandage on her arm moves from the back of her arm to the forearm and back again.
  
  
• Abfolgefehler: When Pete is talking to Miranda for the first time after the murder and is crouched with his back to the cell door, there are two plastic cups standing on the floor. As he rises, the cups have changed positions and one is now lying on the floor facing Pete.
  
  
• Abfolgefehler: When Miranda is escaping the penitentiary in the borrowed car, she smashes the front of it in a collision with the back of a truck. Later, though, it appears the car is not damaged.
  
  
• Filmfehler: In the storm scenes, the "rainfall" patterns can clearly be seen as circular, from the studio rainmaking machines.
  
  
• Audio-Visuelle Asynchronität: When Miranda emerges from the swimming pool where she hiding from the guards, she screams though there is no echo of her voice throughout the room as it would sound in reality.
  
  
• Filmfehler: When Miranda enters the shed she is startled by an owl. You can hear the bird fly around, though owls move their wings without a sound.
  
  
• Abfolgefehler: The length of Miranda's hair changes too much for the three week time span of the main plot in the film.
  
  
• Abfolgefehler: The cuts on Miranda's arm that spell "NOT ALONE" change starting positions through out the movie were the "NOT" will start at the elbow then start by the wrist and back to the elbow.
