• Abfolgefehler: When Conrad puts the crab lock in his pocket it's his left pocket. When he pulls it out it's his right.

• Abfolgefehler: After the Cat cuts off his tail, he wraps a bandage on it. After he turns around at a door and for the rest of the movie, the bandage is gone.
  
  

• Abfolgefehler: After the crash in the automobile, one of Sally's pigtails falls down. A short while later, the pig tail is fixed and back where it's supposed to be.
  
  
• Abfolgefehler: When the cat is putting his "clean up machine" back in its box, purple blobs can still be seen on the door frame.
  
  
• Crew oder Equipment sichtbar: When one of the Things rides a bicycle down the staircase, you can see a string or cable trailing behind him.

• Abfolgefehler: The screen door on the house appears and disappears. It is clearly there when Lawrence leaves after having the military school discussion with Joan and Conrad but is absent in subsequent scenes.
  
  
• Abfolgefehler: At about 10:30am we see the babysitter is watching a "live" broadcast of an incident that happened during a Government meeting in Taiwan. When it is 10:30 am in Los Angeles, it would be 12:30am at night in Taiwan.
  
  
• Abfolgefehler: Right before The Cat comes in with the D.I.R.T. machine, Sally and Conrad are standing next to each other holding hands as the door begins to open. When the door opens, they are no longer holding hands and standing a few feet apart.
  
  
• Abfolgefehler: When the Cat dresses as a hippie to get the dog from Larry, he states that the large pen requires two hands to hold. Larry then takes the pen and signs the petition, holding the pen with only one hand.
  
  
• Crew oder Equipment sichtbar: When the kids and Cat slide down the pole into the club, it is clearly noticeable that they used stunt-men sliding down and not the kids and Cat - different clothes & hair.
  
  
• Abfolgefehler: When the Cat brings out the Phunometer and uses it on Sally, it says "ARSONIST" at the bottom, but when he checks it after using it on Conrad, it says "BEDWETTER".
  
  
• Abfolgefehler: When the kids and Cat are watching the "Kupcake-Inator" infomercial, the Cat in the audience with the kids changes seats between shots several times.
  
  
• Filmfehler: When Larry takes out his false top teeth, you can still see teeth on top immediately afterwards.
