The German version of the hit television quiz show, "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?" Starting with easy multiple-choice questions that gradually get more challenging. Contestants have only their wits and three jokers to see them through to the grand prize of one million Euros. One of the most watched shows on German TV. Gunther Jauch has a humor and a way which keeps the audience glued to their TV sets. Instead of getting fast answers and keeping the ball rolling, he gives the contestants all the time they need and keeps them as calm as possible. With interesting contestants, he may interview them for up to ten minutes without asking official questions from the show. He is never insulting and many times gives his contestants advice on purchasing or repairing. He helps them use the best Joker when needed and even gives them clues at times.
