In the opening scene, a man and woman are shown having sex with sounds and movement, though no nudity is shown.

Prostitutes and a brothel are a constant presence throughout the film.

Some sexual dialogue is present including slang terms for genitalia and subtle references to masturbation. Prostitutes offer "free ones" to several characters.

***NOTE: The film remains violent and intense. However, no gore is ever present, though there is some blood.***

A prostitute is cut several times in the face (with bloody results) until the owner of the brothel holds a gun to the head of the criminal.

A man describes his early killings, often in graphic detail.

A man is brutally beaten and turns bloodier and bloodier as the beating continues.

A man has a bloody nose after his horse throws him.

A horse is shot. The rider has a broken leg and is shot in the stomach (he dies from his wound).

A man slaps a prostitute.

A brief shot of a man's face after a beating shows his wound being sewed up.

A man is shot and killed by several shots to the chest. His friends pursue the killer and shoot back.

A man is whipped (with bloody scrapes on the mans back) and is eventually killed (we see his body outside the saloon, but not the death).

Various men kill each other, albeit with little blood.

A man is shot in the head with a shotgun (heard but not seen).

Around 10 uses of the word f**k. Around a dozen (and exceeding) uses of g*dd*m, sh*t, and b*tch. Many uses of milder language and God's name in vain. Some slang words for genitalia are used, as well as a reference to masturbation.

Various people drink whiskey throughout the film.

A man hallucinates and speaks about seeing men he's killed with graphic detail.
