Funny film, funny looking Cruise!

Tom Cruise stars here at 12 years old, oh no actually he must have been about 20 when he made this (tee hee, sorry Tom). Anyway I watched this merely because there was nothing else on and was surprised at how good it was. I had not really heard much of it, I of course knew of the film but never did the thought of watching it cross my mind. It is funny, at times its surreal and for some reason it really drew me in somehow, I really liked the musical score throughout the film, it is not really the sort of music that you would associate with a comedy but it strangely worked really well. Cruise's breakthrough role is a good one, he shows charisma and a mild preview of his future acting skills and for the ladies he shows his underwear. As for us guys well we get to see pretty(and I mean pretty) much all of Rebbecca De Mornay. She is good in this too, very sexy. I myself have always quite fancied her since I saw her in Hand that rocks the cradle, that pyscho look turned me on. Anyhoo i'm getting sidetracked (damn sexy blonds!) this film is good, watch it.
