Biel Beats Johansson in Sexy Women Poll
Jessica Biel has beaten her reported one-time love rival Scarlett Johansson to the top of a new Sexiest Women poll. Both actresses were romantically linked to Justin Timberlake at the beginning of 2007, although Johansson, who appeared in the pop star's steamy "What Goes Around, Comes Around" video, has recently denied she dated the singer. But, if the rumors were true, Timberlake was dating the two top women in the world, according to men's magazine Stuff. Biel finished first and Johansson second in the publication's 100 Sexiest Women list. The two women, who were recently spotted shopping together in Paris, France, beat off challenges from Jessica Alba, Eva Longoria and American Idol star Katharine McPhee. The top 10 is: 1. Jessica Biel 2. Scarlett Johansson 3. Jessica Alba 4. Eva Longoria 5. Katharine McPhee 6. Sienna Miller 7. Olivia Wilde 8. Angelina Jolie 9. Malin Akerman 10. Christina Aguilera
Doohan To Be Beamed Up Later This Month

Late Star Trek star James Doohan's remains will be blasted into space later this month, the firm arranging the flight has confirmed. Doohan played Scotty in the legendary TV show and its spin-off movies, and inspired the phrase "Beam me up, Scotty." He died aged 85 in 2005. Now Houston, Texas-based company Space Services has announced that some of Doohan's remains have been placed in a rocket in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Lift-off is scheduled for April 28, following a two year delay during which time the flight was postponed by tests and a misfire during a practice take-off in 2006. Following a brief flight, Doohan's remains will parachute back down to Earth in a capsule. Space Services also launched the remains of Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry into orbit in 1997.
Stern Loses DNA Appeal
Anna Nicole Smith's companion/lawyer Howard K. Stern has lost his battle to block the release of DNA results that could reveal the biological father of the tragic model's baby daughter. Stern, who is named as baby Dannielynn's father on her birth certificate, has been challenged for paternity by Anna Nicole's ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead, who claims he's the child's real father. The six-month-old's DNA was tested on March 21, but the results have not been revealed. Yesterday, a three-judge panel of the Court Of Appeal in the Bahamas, where the paternity battle is taking place, told Stern he filed his challenge too late and should have raised his objections before the Supreme Court ordered the DNA testing. The Supreme Court is scheduled to hold a hearing in the paternity case today.

All Go on 'X-Files' Sequel?
David Duchovny has confirmed a sequel to The X-Files movie is in the works - with himself and Gillian Anderson reprising the characters that made them famous. The actor, who played Agent Fox Mulder in both the cult TV series and 1998 movie, reveals X-Files creator Chris Carter and writer Frank Spotnitz are busy working on a script for the new film. The news comes after weeks of speculation surrounding Anderson's involvement in the project. Duchovny says, "This week, they're starting some kind of road towards doing it (the film). Gillian and I both want to be in it now. We're happy to do it. At this point all of the kind of fatigue and anxiety that we had towards the end of a nine-year run is gone." He jokes, "We've forgotten why we hate one another and can only remember why we love one another and we're very happy to go back. Chris and Frank are going over the story. It's a story they've had for a few years but we haven't all settled on the fact that we wanted to do it, so now they're hammering it out."
James Brown Sexual Harassment Case Flounders

A 19-year-old sexual harassment case filed against James Brown by his former publicist has been rejected by the US Supreme court. Jacque Hollander claims the late singer raped her at gunpoint in 1988. She alleges the incident caused her to develop the thyroid condition Grave's Disease. Hollander's claim for $106 million in punitive damages failed in 2005 when a federal judge ruled she had waited too long to file the case. The decision was upheld by an appeals court in 2006. The Supreme Court justices did not comment on the decision made yesterday. Hollander, 50, said after the hearing, "It hurts. This whole thing has hurt; 19 years of extreme hurt and pain. Unfortunately for this case, I think it was more about James Brown, the 'Godfather of Soul.'" Brown died on Christmas Day last year, age 73.
Beyonce Releases Spanish Language Tracks
Beyonce Knowles is hooked on Spanish after re-recording a batch of songs in the language she learned as a child. The singer has recorded six Spanish tunes for the Deluxe Edition of her hit album B'Day, which hits stores this week, and admits she took basic language lessons to master a foreign tongue. She says, "I did grow up in Houston, Texas, so I was around Spanish; I took it at school but I completely forgot it. I had the best coach; I did it phonetically, every sentence I recorded maybe four times." And her Spanish is being praised by language experts and critics alike, who are impressed with her bilingual skills and accent. She says, "That's a great compliment." Now Knowles is hoping to find time to take more Spanish lessons and also learn how to cook.
Havers Wins Court Battle Over Late Wife's Estate

British TV star Nigel Havers has won a legal battle over his late wife's $4.4 million estate, after claiming he was unfairly cheated out of a chunk of it. The 57-year-old A Passage To India star's wife Polly Williams died in 2004 from ovarian cancer, leaving most of her estate to her two sons from a previous relationship, Ben and William Bloomfield. Havers inherited a share of the couple's marital home but began a legal battle claiming the will, drawn up after they married in 1989, left him without "reasonable financial provision." A compromise that was reached last year - before the case went to Britain's High Court - and published now for the first time, awards Havers $712,000 and the two sons $445,000. The actor is also entitled to the proceeds from the sale of a number of items including his late wife's car and jewelry.
