Jackson Still Upset After Police Raid Chaos

Pop superstar Michael Jackson is avoiding the bedroom in his Californian Neverland Ranch - because police and investigators who raided the home last month left it "trashed". The singer has only spent a little time there since the raid, in which Santa Barbara, California, police took evidence to support claims Jackson had molested a young boy. And in a TV interview, which aired in America on Sunday night, he insisted he'll never return there for good - because his sanctuary has been wrecked by heavy-handed police. He fumes, "My room is a complete wreck. My workers told me. They said, 'Michael, don't go in your room.' They were crying on the phone. They said, 'If you saw your room you would cry.' I had stairs that go up to my bed and they said, 'You can't even get up the stairs.' The room was totally trashed and they had 80 policemen in this room. That's really overdoing it. They took knives and cut open my mattress, just cut everything open. I'm not sure what they took. They never gave me a list. They locked everybody out of the house; they had the whole house to themselves to do whatever they wanted, and they totally took advantage. They went into areas they weren't supposed to go into, like my office. They didn't have search warrants for those places."

Ben Defends Film Bosses for Passing Over J.Lo

Ben Affleck has applauded film bosses for ignoring his fiance Jennifer Lopez's part in new movie Jersey Girl - because she only appears for 15 minutes. Skeptics felt sure marketing experts at Miramax were trying to distance themselves from Gigli, Ben and Jen's disastrous first movie collaboration, by leaving her off movie posters and ads for Jersey Girl. But Affleck insists the idea not to capitalize on his girlfriend's bit part was a smart one. He says, "To sell Jennifer on Jersey Girl would have been disingenuous. She's in the first 15 minutes of the movie, a cameo. It's actually more honest, and I think it makes everybody more comfortable at this point to make it about what it is - a father and his daughter."

Julie Walters Refuses To Strip for GQ

Veteran actress Julie Walters was "chuffed to bits" when she was asked to pose naked for a men's mag - but turned it down so people will focus on her acting. The 53-year-old Brit - who famously derobed in this year's hit film Calendar Girls - refuses to take her clothes off in public again, because she thinks it distracts attention. Julie says, "I was asked about doing a nude shoot for men's magazine GQ. I thought it was the funniest thing I'd ever heard. I was chuffed to bits but I think I'm better off leaving that kind of thing to Anna Kournikova and Britney Spears. I am never going to go nude again. It completely distracts people from the performance and from the film. All everyone asks me about Calendar Girls is the stripping off, and I'm sick of it."

Kate Moss Seeks Help at Sleep Clinic

Supermodel Kate Moss is seeking help for a sleeping disorder at a top London clinic. The gorgeous 29-year-old is exhausted after a busy year modeling and raising her one-year-old daughter Lila Grace, while fighting relationship problems at home with boyfriend Jefferson Hack. And so Kate has followed the advice of pal Sadie Frost and headed to a clinic in the British capital's Harley Street, for experts to monitor her sleep and breathing patterns. An insider says, "Kate has been having a bout of bad sleep. Sadie attended the clinic when she was having difficulties sleeping a few months ago and Kate was really interested. She's not an insomniac or anything but she does jet about for work as well as raise a baby. Most moms go through similar problems but Kate thought she might as well get help for it. It seemed to have worked for Sadie, who had loads of tests on her sleeping patterns. Kate thought it was fascinating."

Eckhart's Ben and Jen Inquisition

Actor Aaron Eckhart faced a regular barrage of questions from his mother while he was making new movie Paycheck - because she wanted to know all the gossip about co-star Ben Affleck. The Possession star's mum was fascinated by the speculation about Affleck's on-again-off-again marriage to Jennifer Lopez, and begged her son to give her the latest. He says, "I had my mom asking me, 'What's going on with Ben and Jen?' or, 'Where are they getting married. I wanna know what she's wearing.' It was all so that my mom can say to other people's moms before anybody knows. I'm like, 'Dude, what's going on?' and he would like tell me the whole scoop, but I wasn't telling."

Stone and Pesci Love Scene Voted Worst Ever

Hollywood beauty Sharon Stone's romp with vertically challenged tough guy Joe Pesci has been voted the worst love scene of all time. The scene from Martin Scorsese's 1995 movie Casino beat out competition from Entrapment, in which Sean Connery bedded Catherine Zeta-Jones, 40 years his junior. Third in the poll - voted for by readers of American magazine Film - came the controversial 1972 movie Last Tango In Paris in which Marlon Brando frolics with Maria Schneider. Describing the Casino sex scene, one reader said, "Could there be a more repulsive combination than these two? It's like one of the munchkins got a shot at Dorothy in The Wizard Of Oz." Other scenes to make the top 10 include Madonna's candle wax session with Willem Dafoe in Body Of Evidence, and Halle Berry and Billy Bob Thornton in Monster's Ball.

Neve Says No to 'Scream 4'

Plans for another Scream movie have been dashed - actress Neve Campbell refuses to return to the franchise. The Canadian star played Sidney Prescott in Scream and its two sequels, and she thinks they've reached the end of their potential. She says, "It took them so much convincing to get me to do Scream 2 and Scream 3! There's no point in doing a Scream 4. It did great things for my career, but it also hindered my career in certain ways. There's just nowhere to go with the character. I mean, they've tried to kill Sidney. She should be in an insane asylum by now!"

'Idol' Star in Car Crash War

American Idol runner-up Justin Guarini's Christmas has gone from bad to worse - a 2002 car collision has come back to haunt him. Guarini was dropped by his record label just before Christmas, and now motorist Louis Maiatico and his wife Adrienne are suing him after the car crash. Guarini's Nissan collided with Maiatico's car in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, while he was on his way to perform at a bar mitzvah 18 months ago, and was fined $100 by local police. But now the Maiaticos are demanding $50,000 in "fair compensation". The driver claims he has suffered whiplash ever since the accident and missed time at work, while his wife alleges the accident has deprived her of "assistance, society and companionship".

Bruce Is 2003's Top Earner in America

Bruce Springsteen is America's biggest entertainment earner of 2003 after raking in over $115 million from tour dates. The Boss beat The Rolling Stones on America's rocking rich list, but the British rock group remain the biggest earners around the world. Springsteen and his E Street Band earned their cash with a string of sold out concerts, ending their tour with an incredible 13 stadium shows in the New York area.
