He received the nickname Fieldy when he was younger and he had large chipmunk cheeks. People used to call him 'Gopher', then 'Garr', then 'Garfield' then finally, 'Fieldy'.

He designs all of the Korn merchandise (t-shirts, stickers, and hats)

Has two children named Olivia and Serena Rae

Released Debut Solo CD, titled "Rock n' Roll Gangster" [June 2002]

Fieldy's dad and (Korn Vocalist) Jonathan H. Davis's dad were in a band together in the early 70s.
