More speculation is surrounding The Weeknd's dating life. 

On Monday night, the 27-year-old singer was seen having dinner with Katy Perry at Madeo in West Hollywood, California. 

An eyewitness tells Et that The Weeknd -- wearing an all-black outfit that he paired with a denim jacket and gray hoodie -- entered the eatery at 8:45 p.m., just 15 minutes before Perry showed up in a mid-length nude coat that she accessorized with large hoop earrings and nude heels.

A customer at Madeo told the eyewitness that the 33-year-old pop star was indeed at the same table as The Weeknd. After spending three hours at the restaurant, the two left separately around midnight within minutes of one another, according to the eyewitness.

The 34-year-old model is expecting a child with her husband, Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel.

This will be Spiegel and Kerr's first child together. Kerr is already mom to a 6-year-old son, Flynn, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Orlando Bloom.

"Miranda, Evan and Flynn are looking forward to welcoming the newest member of their family," a spokesperson for the family told Daily Mail on Wednesday.

Kerr said "I do" to Spiegel, 27, in an intimate ceremony in Los Angeles in May.

After some speculation last week, it is now official. Amazon has acquired the global television rights to The Lord of the Rings, based on the celebrated fantasy novels by J.R.R. Tolkien, with a multi-season commitment. The upcoming Amazon Prime Original will be produced by Amazon Studios in cooperation with the Tolkien Estate and Trust, HarperCollins and New Line Cinema, a division of Warner Bros. Entertainment. The series is expected to debut exclusively on Prime Video in 2020.

Because the movies aren't quite long enough, Amazon has ordered The Lord of the Rings TV show to series. According to the press release, the series order is for a multi-season adaption of the Jrr Tolkien fantasy novel series, and some storylines will precede the first book, The Fellowship of the Ring. Amazon Studios is adapting J.R.R. Tolkien'sThe Lord of the Rings novels into a new series, the company announced on Monday.

Amazon has parted ways with Paul McGuigan, the director of its upcoming fantasy series Carnival Row.

The streaming service has tapped English filmmaker Jon Amiel to replace McGuigan (Luke Cage), who was originally set to helm and executive produce the drama starring Orlando Bloom and Cara Delevingne.
